Kimberly Park is a 47,900 square foot center located in Carthage, North Carolina. Eden Centre is a 59,043 square foot center located in Eden, North Carolina. Both shopping centers are anchored by Food Lion, a subsidiary of Delhaize Group, an international company with an S&P rating of BBB-/A-3. Food Lion operates more than 1,100 supermarkets in 10 Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic States. The portfolio is approximately 95% leased with recently signed 10-year triple net leases with Food Lion. Additionally, each property will undergo substantial renovations at the seller’s expense.
